That's because the Bic suggestion was for frozen locks and not an alternative to napalm.

I got electric bolt cutters that'll chomp Grade 43 chain.

What brand and where did you get it? I’m thinking of getting one of these in place of my bolt cutters.

They're the Ryobi at Home Depot. I've had the same tool and battery for 2 years so far (Jan 2019). One of the best things I did for myself.

Usually even volunteer it for the guards who are supposed to do it themselves and have the manual ones. They love it and me for it.
