Can't sleep despite taking an hour long walk in the sun so I'm about ready 2 roll..
Gonna wait eight minutes see if s full 8 hours Sleep Berth gives me something back ..
Otherwise I got enough make Winnemucca or Battle Mountain..

You won't have much time for any kind of break without your shift clock rolling down your drive time as well if you go like that looks.

Yeah but I'll "Dead" Tired after this & probably sleep at least 5/6 Hours straight when I do stop

That's how I sleep afew hours here and afew hours there ..
I live off naps but the Elogs screw me taking those breaks..
Mostly just sitting around when all I really needed was that few hours nap n ready to go another 2/3 hundred miles till the next nap

I get between 6-7 hours sleep a night. Most times I wake up tired.
I have done some research and waking up during REM sleep will have you waking tired. Snooze button is bad because just as you get into REM sleep the alarm goes off again and you wake up tired.
Even still I like the snooze button.

Just got home yesterday..
Truck has this low coolant and check engine light.
I disconnected the wire ran fine but they wanna check it out..
Told the mechanic take your time..
I couldn't care less if it takes you guys a week or two fix it

Cleaning my house this morning..
Yes it can get bad enough for even a "SLOB" like myself..
So far Ive stripped the sheets and pillow cases put them in the washer next the blankets...
Picked up living room nice n neat and vaccumed ..
Next sweep and mop the kitchen and bathroom...
Then my "Favorite" part bust out the can of Commet and Greenies & scrub the bathtub and sinks..
Almost forgot I need 2 DUST too

Sitting at the Loves in Van Buren Arkansas..
The load was not "due" until tomorrow so I gotta wait and go back at 6am in the morning..
Company giving me "Layover" pay for sitting.
After that Deadheading to somewhere in Mississippi pickup my next load but he can't send me the load info until he gets it then he can forward it to me

Next load is Koch Foods Morton Ms at 20:00 tomorrow evening & that's going to Sysco Foods in Jackson Wisconsin due Monday at 7am

Looks like you got plenty of time if you get loaded in a timely manner.

Rather boring really.
All T-hook slots or else D-rings. And I already had both.
Sitting there watching the other trucks tie down with 3/8 chain and the shear volume they had to use…
All I have for main securement is 1/2”.
Most legal type loads are 6 chains and gone.
Most loads I can get by with just 2 chains front and rear (four total) until I get up over 45k on the deck.
Hesitant to post this, but what the hell.
The big red d-ring is rated for 20T . Each purple master link is rated for 8.5T. The binders are rated for 13200lbs and the chains are 11300lbs.
