What's my vector,Victor???

Every once in a while I get one of those but I slice them into steaks and toss 'em on the George Foreman.
How in the world can you eat it? Chuck is a slow cooking cut. I use it when making pasta sauce and it simmers in the sauce all day. By that time it's as tender as Filet. I tried eating it like a steak once and nearly threw it out. The dog didn't care how tough it was, he ripped it to shreds.

Only thing I ever successfully made (satisfactorily) on the Foreman was burgers and hot dogs.

Didn't try much else though.

I wore the non-stick surface off it eventually and threw it out and fire up the grill even just for a couple burgers anymore.

In my view, grilling is the only way to cook successfully.

Then again, I really hate the stove in my house. It's one of those flattop things. I may plumb the kitchen with copper and put a 200 gallon tank in the back yard and a gas stove in the kitchen. Cooking with an electric stove sucks.

I'm not sure if it's chuck or rump roast. They're big chunks you're supposed to slow cook though.

They've never been too tough as steaks though. Not super tender either, I dunno. I cook them medium rare.

It was stuck in the grill for a hour or so.
Figured it was dead when I got to the quarry.

It was very alive and pissed off .
I hit a red tail hawk in Missouri. Pulled into that limited facility rest area around the 86mm on 29 about 2 miles after hitting it. Went thru the grill and was wedged against the condenser. I opened the hood and grabbed the winch bar to knock it to the ground when he flew up and perched on my hood support and then I couldn't get him to fly away. Called the county sheriffs office who sent out a DNR officer. And when the officer went to grab him he flew away. Said he probably just had a concussion and would be fine.

My dog Luke was super concerned that there was a bird big enough to eat him in our engine bay.
