What's my vector,Victor???

Tonight, or this morning however you want to look at it, I decided to pre-make tuna salad for sandwiches.
I wanted to add Celery and onion which I never do normally, but I did this time. I thought I would take a short cut and use the Magic Bullet chopper to chop the celery and onions. Don't do that!
The Magic Bullet is pretty much useless unless you want to puree everything. Just use a knife to chop.

So, I ended up starting all over again chopping celery and onions. Mixed the mayo and tuna and put that in the fridge for the flavors to meld together.

Just remember on the road to success, there are no shortcuts.

I think I would rather starve to death than be made to eat tuna anything. Real Tuna fish, fresh out of the water, seasoned and grilled is excellent. Canned fake tuna stinks so bad I don't know how anyone can put it in their mouth.

Well. My name isn't Victor, but to answer the question in the thread title, looking at the map, and considering AK7 lives in Wisconsin, I guess the vector is due east today. 😅

Oh damn. I thought I was posting this on my 20 thread. Sorry @AK7

I used to like tuna even from the can. Tuna salad sandwiches especially.

Then I got that stupid seafood allergy out of nowhere. Don't know if tuna is actually on the list but the experience was so bad I ruled it all out.

My throat literally closed down and I couldn't breathe.

All good man
How long is your son going to be at the south pole research station? Is every waking minute accounted for by his employer or will he have free time?

If I was there, I'd stick vertical poles in the packed snow all around the physical celestial pole just to watch how their shadows move around during the perpetual daylight during austral summer.

Nothing new to be learned from it, I'd do it simply for fun. Because how often does one get a chance to stand at one of the poles?

But... One must consider reality. I was there right now, in real life, I'd probably be spending all of my free time indoors, wrapped up in heated blankets, shivering my ass off 😅

He has some down time.
He'll be back sometime in March.

Bacon wrapped scallops?

I'm glad I'm not the only one that grills outside no matter what the weather. I made 2 'Johnny McMuffins' outside in 34F temps this morning. I just light off a couple of the burners while using the side burner to cook on. That brings it up to about 45F when you stand near it.

Water chestnuts.

34°.........Brutal man,Brutal......hahaha

I've never had water chestnuts as far as I can recall.

But I was reading one of those yuppy health food naturalist websites and it said black walnuts are good nutrition and there were instructions.

So I started to open a few of them. I have three black walnut trees

I quickly got pissed and used the band saw. Ten thousand squirrels in the yard but not a single damn one of them volunteered to chew them open for me.

Anyway I used olive oil and salt and the air fryer to roast them in accordance with the instructions from an author I should've known was insane..

They were gross and bitter, like Maxine Waters except smaller.

OK so these three black walnut trees are only good for wind breaks and someday, lumber.

I need to go to central Missouri and get me a pecan tree.
