This from a guy bragging about what a valuable asset you have been at many companies.Don't be prideful. God can take it away in a second....
The difference is I was talking about things I can control (I.e. come to work, give it 110%). You're daring God to make you sick by bragging about never needing to call in sick. Just seems foolish, and all to try to one up someone. Give it a rest old timer. This from a guy bragging about what a valuable asset you have been at many companies.
I'll stand behind my odds.
I'll leave God out of this. I think the religious thread is a little further down on the site. The difference is I was talking about things I can control (I.e. come to work, give it 110%). Look at you, locked firmly on my nuts, want me to keep telling you stories.....I'll leave God out of this. I think the religious thread is a little further down on the site.
Let's get back to hearing what a great employee you are at the many companies you've worked for.
If I took your advice I'd be making 1/3rd of what I make now. No thanks. I get what you're saying but times have changed when it comes to that.Great drivers normally don't work for many companies in a life time. I knew a few that was in the same place well over 20 years
I wasn't aware I was giving advice. Just merely making a statementIf I took your advice I'd be making 1/3rd of what I make now. No thanks. I get what you're saying but times have changed when it comes to that.
Times have changed, folks arent willing to settle for less anymore out of some strange concept of company loyalty. Pay me what I deserve and I'll stay for life. If not the better offer wins out.I wasn't aware I was giving advice. Just merely making a statement
What you deserve???Times have changed, folks arent willing to settle for less anymore out of some strange concept of company loyalty. Pay me what I deserve and I'll stay for life. If not the better offer wins out.
"Good drivers stay at one place because reasons ".What you deserve???
Just WOW you are way too high on your self

How did you conclude what his value is as a driver? I mean I assume that all you know about him is what you've read in his 45 posts on here, so what has he said that would indicate low value? What you deserve???
Just WOW you are way too high on your self
I made an instant $20k/year jump. And I'm still not even at top pay like you said. You will never reach top pay if you are always starting over

I don’t know what you have or haven’t done. It may have been the right move or it may have not been. I do know job hoping comes back in the end. The higher paying jobs with the lowest turn over will not higher someone who job hopsI made an instant $20k/year jump. And I'm still not even at top pay like you said.
Oh but you're all the smart ones![]()
I am not promoting job hopping though. There's a fine line between what I do and job hopping but it's important to distinguish.I don’t know what you have or haven’t done. I fail to see the distinction. Although I don’t know if you’ve had one job in 3 years or 3 jobs in one year.I am not promoting job hopping though. There's a fine line between what I do and job hopping but it's important to distinguish.
Every jump I made was strategically planned and timed. They were also part of a bigger plan.I fail to see the distinction. Although I don’t know if you’ve had one job in 3 years or 3 jobs in one year.
