Truck stop question

A couple of years ago I stopped at this awesome little travel plaza on I-35 in Texas that had brisket and sausage etc... I’m almost positive it was in West, between Waco and Hillsboro but I can’t seem to find any info on it.... anybody know the name of this place?

There's a couple of BBQ places down that way that have truck parking...

There was one north of the metroplex also that was pretty good.

Basically any BBQ place in Texas that looks like it’s falling down is going to be good.

Anything new and shiny will put you in the poor house.

Found it! Slovacek’s.... exit 353. A friend of mine was asking for recommendations between Dallas and Waco so I sent him to this place. BBQ/Deli/bakery/gift shop. They have Eastern European sausage and kolaches. Tomorrow he’s arriving in Laredo for a 34, so I told him to grab a few bucks and ask for drunk Indian lol
