There is some pretty nice parks and then there are parks that are just parks....I have lived in both at one time or another. So I can say I been on both side of the tracks so to speak. Think some of the elderly people who sale there homes and buy RV has the best of all world...They go where ever it pleases them and stay in areas out of the heat in the summer and come winter go where it is warmer. Of course the gov has a classification for such people but who would care when it comes to comforts...JMO

Update! Everything sucks at the trailer park. Except for us and Dave, everbody here is gettin' a disability or welfare check. One lady proudly showed off her free government phone. Dude next to me sells pot from his trailer. Must be 15 people a day going in and out. We got to move out of this welfare camp.
