Sometimes when I am to exhausted to sleep in the mid of a night....I build two pieces of toast with butter on a disposal plate and make a pool of honey to dip the toast in.

Quick sandwich .....warm refried bean, a dash of butter, a bit of chopped white union then spread on sandwich bread. I been known to warm theses beans on dash of my car under tin foil. Great snack.
