Screw the diets, I like to eat too much. So, I decided to exercise.....

Get yourself a jump rope, since I joined an MMA club and started doing that, it helps your breathing and leg muscles.

Try doing 500 revolution and you won't walk for a week :rolllaugh:
I do that on occasion at home. I have three girls at home, so jump ropes are always available, as are hoola hoops. And yes, I am not above embarrassing them by attempting to hoola hoop in the front yard, LOL

Keep one in the truck and do 200 rev before taking a shower, work your way up. If you keep a constancy everyday. You'll be as light on your feet as Pacquiao, and will shed any unnecessary body part

So... my carriers fitness coach suggests that 4 minutes of vigorous activity before you sit your butt down in your command couch will raise your metabolism so that you burn calories more efficiently than just sitting there while driving as 4-wheelers help you out by providing you opportunities to perform middle finger curls.

I do jiu jitsu and kickboxing on Wednesday and Sundays, they include high intensity workouts like the Tabata with weights and without, we keep it up for at least and hour, with split half way for 5 mins. Then we roll for an hour (I think rolling with other guys is much more intense than any other workout)

For the rest of the week, I do weight lifting for an hour or two.

They guys I roll with are about 50 to 70 pounds heavier than me and they say I have ridiculous strength for my size (5 8" 156 pounds) and I notice a stamina increase in my weight lifting workout.

But some of you guys don't have the opprtunities I do.

I think @Mike should go to a sports retailer and find some of those elastic bungee thingies that he can hook to his truck or trailer and design himself a workout routine for strength training

Tabata is not sustained intense exercise. It is very short burst. Like timed 30 seconds short. But those 30 seconds really, really suck.

Are those 30 seconds as long as when you're tire and want to die but the coach says to suspend yourself from the pull-up bar and hold it half way for 30 seconds? Cuz I believe I can invent a time machine out of that exercise

Dude did you say jump rope ? Are you trying to get us to blow out our knees?? Nahh I may try to get one if I can find a sporting goods store. Do you think an imaginary jump rope will work until then. Hey my imaginary girl friend works just fine.

Nah... it was the double-deep dish with extra cheese at that joint on St Paul street in east Denver that did it...

Its the Good Lord's fault ya know!

You guys are being contra productive:mad:

This threat is about mike's hard work toward his goals, cheeseburgers are not going to help:harumph:

Do not doubt the power of the Cheeseburger!

I'm big on meat, but I'm not a big fan of burgers, if I'm hungry and I have no other way I'll eat one, but I don't find them appetizing
