i would need a full sized garage so i could work on my carsA fridge.
The cheaper house doesn't actually have a garage. It's more like a shed big enough for a car. Definitely not a stand around your engine with beer and friends kind of place.
. but it is what it isI'm renting a 2-car garage right now to store two of four vehicles and do mechanical work. The bigger house I'm going for has a slightly smaller garage I can work in if there's only one vehicle in there. The smaller house would let me just ditch the old cars when they finally crap out for good and ultimately buy a new truck or something. I could anyway with the bigger house but I'd need a good size down payment on the truck first.i would need a full sized garage so i could work on my cars. but it is what it is

not that i would want to do that when it's over a 100 out

Indeed. Lol.Still beats a tiny apartment or the Trailer Park I lived in when I was down in Florida
All I got is an 8x10 steel garden shed.
Still gotta work outside in the Minnesota winters on the cars and semi.
one reason i would never invest in an HOA can't do this can't do that to many by lawsStill beats a tiny apartment or the Trailer Park I lived in when I was down in Florida
and or trailer park or condo for that matter
you picked up on what I was saying there. And i to agree with you as I am not gonna live in a place where you can't work on your car can't park rvs in the driveway and get fines for having weeds in your yard let alone have them fine you for not painting your home then let them pick and choose the colors that you can use ECT ECT. I would not want to pay an how as I feel it's a money grab. We really don't need hoas we need better code enforcement!!! I can understand condo fees since they do include services and some ultilites. And an hoa can for close on you faster than the bank can thanks to our wonderful goverment.Well it was what I could "afford" at that point & time though next time maybe I'll just get me a Cardboard box and $ave on those ridiculous "Rent Payments"...
Then again this is freaking AMERICA the only "Industrialized" nation where we are expected to pay TAXES and get little if anything in return.....along with a system and an accomplice Ideologically "brainwashed" populace that "perpetuates" such ignorance
since i will be adopting more.
i say go for it you could wind up making some good money in your spare time to and who knows you might make more than you do drivingIf I get the bigger house I can use it for photography. Have had a lot of requests to do boudoir photos but nowhere to do them. This entire house could be a set.
. we have a 12000 sq ft house but we only have a 4 car garage WTF up with that
.
