Haha. One of the houses I like just dropped by over $13k a couple days ago. Might jump on it despite it being third in line. It's soooooo cheap I can't pass it up unless there's some kind of huge red flag. I'm talking 2 and a half good days' pay cheap for the mortgage, including PMI and property taxes.
so um are you gonna put an offer on it
. haha you should come out here people have bidding wars on everything to pay a higher price sometimes it's just insane

I kinda wanna see what happens with my REAL pre-approval first. The house at the top of my list is significantly more. But it's a lot more house.so um are you gonna put an offer on it
I'm basically days away from finding out for sure. And the longer I put it off, the longer I give myself to save more for a down payment.
Current pre-approval ain't exactly the hottest offer around.
People don't really do bidding wars here. We just shrug and move on. Lol.
i would wait and see what happens with your first real approval since your only days away. i'm sure the intrest rates aint the greatest either. but id'e shop around and i would prob give myself more time to save for a bigger down payment it will look better!!!
