$3500 a week gross isn't really that braggable. I was doing around that with the old Ford at DDI when I got a full week in and found it disappointing.

I'm guessing his Payments and Fuel were at minimum "Half" That $3500..

It can work if it's consistent but it's just not bragging money. A lot of it depends on your personal life and what financial responsibilities you have there.

Yeah a lot do that. Which means it's probably a high one too for them to swing that particular dick around.

They're not going to tell you about the half weeks when their truck went down or freight was slow.

I had my interview with OD. Was invited to take a driving test. Making a tight turn in a set of doubles and a tire blew out. I was positive I didn’t hit the curb but the trainer insisted I did. We were close to the yard so we just went back. I told the hiring manager I didn’t hit the curb but he didn’t seem to believe me. I go back to the curb in my own car and there’s a piece of rebar sticking out. Must of punctured the tire. I texted a picture of it to the hiring manager. He didn’t respond. Looks like I’m not getting the job. Talk about bad luck.
