Do ya got a "Doubles" Endorsement & Hazmat..

I got all endorsements yes sir !!

Only driven doubles a handful of times in my 20 year career. But I’m in good shape physically for a man my age, a buddy told me many applicants fail right off the bat because they’re not strong enough to push the dolly.

Pretty sure everyone starts at the bottom at an LTL. Everyone would have a clean enough record, doubles, and hazmat just to work there.

Hook it up to the lead and back it into the pup. Or if you are lucky enough to have a pintle towing hook back it up to the pup, hook the lead and back under the pup.

My Ford is perfect for LTL. It already has a 55 ton rated pintle. Yes 110,000lbs.

I should try hooking it onto FedEx.

My longest was Schneider at 3 and a half years and shortest was signed onto DDI with the Ford for about 3 months. XPO was only 9 months or so the first time around. Ran my own authority for about 4 months, the power only loads available for a day cab dried up on the spot market, and now I'm back to XPO because it was easy to sign back on with them already having all my information. Some of these other carriers are better, some are worse, but this was predictable.

This is my longest held job going on 7 years. I am the problem child there but I am still there.
My shortest job was 2 days, schlepping crap into restaurants. No thank you!
That was just piss-poor HRing. I said I was willing to break down a pallet or two not schlep crap on a two wheeler dolly all day long.

My next longest job was the airport, six years. God damn I loved that job but, I was trying to keep a roof over my, a cunt and her sons head so I went trucking to earn more money. I should have left the woman not the job!

One place I worked at in the 90's had an '84 General. Guys would come in and be told to circle check the General. Most guys just left without even lifting the hood, they would just walk by it and leave. They got you beat by 45 mins.
