Name My Trucking Company!

yep. The filing becomed public record, and there is a 10 day protest period before the authority can go active.

The minute it went public, I immediately began receiving phone calls and emails from solicitors.
So where do we all go to protest?
Do we need to make signs and take the day off work?
Can we do it online?
Maybe someone will start a thread on the forum here.:D:p
Kidding! Good luck Mike and all the best!

For it to be considered "valid", the proof they are looking for that you've belonged to one in the past 30 days is a passed result.

I had to show paperwork not only for a drug program, but also a completed test. From either the current or previous group.

Also remember. Some of these requirements now are not from a "driver's" point of view.

You are now looking at it from the view of a motor carrier. And often, things take on an entirely different perspective.

Got the info on this Friday. I was given a form that I had to fill out and sign requesting proof of enrollment from Schneider. As long as the forum is returned as proof of being enrolled, and it is within the 30 days you mention (in regards to enrolling in another program), I will be given a waiver.

If Schneider fails to provide me with this info, I must do a pre-employment drug screen.

Schneider actually has a specific fax number for requesting this information. I went ahead and retrieved my proof of employment online through their website while I was there by enrolling in a program (driveriq) and using my DOT number. It would be nice if the other employers made it this easy to get employment verification.

As it stands now, the biggest pain in the rear is going to be taking care of my IRP and IFTA. I have no choice but to driver to Little Rock and get this taken care of. Maybe not the IFTA, but the IRP (offices are next door to each other, so it will all get done the same day). This will be a fun day as I am taking care of the IRP, registering the new trailer, assessing both items for taxes. I imagine this will take all day.

3.5 hour drive to Little Rock.

What makes it a pain is that my new trailer is in Little Rock. In a perfect world, I would be able to go take care of this stuff (in my truck), and grab the trailer and return home. In the real world, not a good idea to drive a truck with no plate to Little Rock, LOL.

You can't get a TOP or Hunter permit to drive up there?

Boy are you gonna be aggravated when you get home that day. I can tolerate the DMV for about three minutes.

The most aggravating part is that i can only go to Little Rock to get it done. Can't just run back home if I forget something, lol.

UCR filed, the countdown continues.

I've spoken with "Keep Truckin" regarding their ELD, hoping to hear back from them again soon.
