My eyes is messed up

One of the guys here as the same problem. His eyes are red all around. He has really bad dry skin to the point he bleeds in spots. He has a washing machine from Germany that runs on some weird voltage in his house. It boils the clothes as it washes them. He's really weird. A PhD in nuclear physics. A real nut case.

So this started last weekend. I woke up to swollen red eyelids. the swelling went down and I try not to touch them.
Now I got dry skin caking and flaking on my lower left eyelid. Why?
I am thinking it could be allergies or the A/C drying out my skin.
Luckily I was stopped before putting moisturizer on my eyelids.
what is going on? Can you recommend a topical safe ointment.
No it is not pink eye and it is not aids for the rest of you heathens on the :TF2:. you guys man!

Put a Handfull Baking Soda in a Bath. 2 Times a Week will repair the Skin. You also can put Body Milk (Nivea) in your Hand,bit Baking Soda and walk it into your Try Skin. Wash it out after,say 30 Minutes. You also could put some honey for 30 Minutes on the Skin,but Insects may like it too
