Mixed Veggies. And steaks.

Perfect!!!!!!!! I love a medium steak. I usually order it medium well because not many cooks can do a medium or medium rare. I actually prefer a medium rare. But again not many cooks can achieve this.
From my experience they always err on the side of well done.

I prefer "medium" so I say "medium rare" and most of the time they get it right.

But when they err on the side of rare, and the damn thing is trying to eat my corn, I just say "whatever" & eat it anyway.

You can get a ribeye steak cooked exactly the way you want it every single time no matter which Outback restaurant you go to

They cut the steaks the same size and cook on an angled grill with multiple timers above depending on which position and how it is to be cooked.

The best steak I ever ate was cooked on a hot dog skewer over a driftwood campfire.

Or maybe I was just so danged drunk I thought it was the best.

When my father came back from WWII into England the GI's were eating sticks of butter. When I picked up those Marines from the airport after dropping off a friend I took them to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. They went absolutely mental after having crap coffee over in Afghanistan.

The higher you go the less heat. The lower you go more heat. You want to cook a thin steak real quick or it looks like a grey piece of crap when cooked rare.

Butterflied venison steak the way I cut it, my mother puts the steak on the pan, puts the plate with the veges in front of us on the table, then places the meat on the plate in front of us... the time taken to take a few steps from the bench beside the stove where she dishes up the plates, to the table and back, is enough time to cook a 5mm thick piece of venison perfectly.

5mm is purty danged thin.

You guys need to feed them deer better. Grow some American GMO corn. It's making all of us fat so it oughta help fatten the deer too.
