Be safe guys, much love
I know what you mean. I eat differently when I'm at home too. I really try to stick to the healthy stuff on the road so I don't gain weight. I also plan stops to walk the dog too. Having a dog really helps me get more exercise than I would normally if I didn't have him. Don't get me wrong, every once in a while, I will have a hamburger and fries but not often.Let me clarify @SueAnn at home I eat "Real Food"...
On the road it's lots of Fast Food then ya hungry again snacking on Junkfood..
Okay at home I live off Eggs , and I make a pot of soup..
Not so much soup rather it's "broth" but I crush some crackers in there that "Satisfy" Me ..
Supper some kinda meat ... lastnight Grilled Salmon..
Somedays I just go back to a jug of milk..
Want the "WHOLE" not "Skim"...
A cold glass of Milk almost full ya up
