It's not so much drawn out celebration as supreme laziness.

I mean it's already end of June so why put it away now. We're halfway there again.

Christmas Eve Dad put kingsford charcoal in my stocking to **** with me and ma played along too

Next day got all my presents and future Chritmases I always "behaved"

There are a lot of people here who hate Santa Clause. Is it because he is German?
No really, there are two Christmases the religious one celebrating the birth of Christ and the commercial one celebrating the arrival of Santa.
I know many non-Christians that say Merry Christmas with no problem.
I have found the problem really lays with self loathing mainly white people trying to stir up a fuss.
Most Muslims, Jews, etc will say merry Christmas. I have no problem saying happy Hanuka.

The two weeks before Christmas are pretty chill and full of love with everyone. Except for the agnostic that gotta raise a fuss because they hate the fat man wearing red.
Just shut the **** up already, We know you hate fun and meat and love over paying for coffee at Starschmucks

I say "Merry Christmas". Even if someone says something else to me such as "happy holidays", I respond with "Merry Christmas".

For me it was church and X-Mas..

Our minister explained that "Christmas " is "Christ" Must I dunno that sound like Pig Latin whatever..

But to shorten it "X" Mas is something like leaving "Christ" outta the Picture I guess.

The letter C is faster to write than an X. It's only one stroke of the pen vs two.

On a keyboard, the two letters are right next to each other.

The Serpent offers knowledge and self empowerment.

What god doesn't want his people to be knowledgeable and empowered but instead insists on obedience and dependence?

Today I got a heartfelt Merry Christmas from the cashier at the Wal Mart. To which I gave a heartfelt Merry Christmas. I was surprised, I thought Wal Mart associates had to say happy holidays.

I was doing my Christmas shopping. Yes, I did my shopping today. ( don't look at me like that). I am a man! I can change if I have to, I guess but, Not bloody likely! lol

Surely they were tackled by loss prevention, trespassed, escorted off the premises, and banned from all stores for life as you walked away.

I haven't been Christmas shopping in over 20 years. I don't play into that commercialization crap. The middle of a Great Depression and a Buisness deal gone way "Bad" in Akron Ohio he was Pee-Broke and eyeballing the hotel bar thinking about it..

He found a Church Pamphlet and a roll of Nickels for Payphone & met "Dr Bob" ..

He said sometimes they were "Bums" just using him for a Free ride or needed a $20 spot or if they were hungry he'd take em buy em McDonald's or Taco Bell

Too really get "Sober" I guess he hadda go back "Down" 2 that Level
