ISX15 rebuild issues.

I have a Kenworth t660 with an 1sx15 that was rebuilt by Kenworth 2 months ago. Just this Friday, I developed a small oil leak, and took it to them. So far, I was told that it was the crankshaft seal and the oil pan combined that caused the leak. he oil pan is covered under the 1 year warranty that Kenworth offers, but not the crankshaft seal. However the seal should have came with the rebuild kit (I'll check on this tomorrow from Cummins). Need some advice on what I should do

Crank seals are not normally changed during a rebuild and are not included in rebuild kits.
Oil pans get diagnosed as leaking quite a bit because any other oil leak on the truck ends up runnign down the pan rail making it seem to be leaking.

Oil pan gasket will be covered under warranty but its more of a workmanship issue if it was just off 2 months ago and leaking. Either way you shouldn't pay for it to be fixed.

So after the phone call today, It was the oil pan and not the crankshaft seal. The oil pan is covered under warranty (thank god) but I had them do a DOT check on it as well as replace the pigtail leading under the truck. There was an exhaust leak so they replaced the bellows . total out the door $2400

Drove the ruck probably 300 miles and parked it. started it up again and ran it for a while. stopped it and now i have a good sized leak under the truck. And its oil again. I can see where they tried to use a white sealant but yeah what would you do?

Where is the oil leaking from? Is the sealant coming out of the pan gasket?

Take it back. Obviously not fixed
