my 13 yo grandson went to the dentist 2 weeks ago had a filling put in a molar, that night he was in a lot of pain, my daughter called the dentist and they said it would be a month before they could see him now this kid was in tears it hurt so bad my daughter took him to another dentist they xrayed it and said the filling needed replaced but he would have to have it done by the dentist that did it originally!
Fast forward to Saturday morning he is screaming in pain, his face had swollen up so bad it was hard to even recognize him we took him to the emergency room and they immediately life flighted him to childrens hospital and was put in ICU, they operated the next morning after getting him stabilized and beside pulling the tooth they put FOUR drains poking thru his jawline
I was on that dentists office forgetting it was a holiday and sure enough they were closed which was probably for the best as I would have been inclined to kill that incompetent prick!!!!
It gave me time to cool down I also was able to talk to a lawyer friend of mine and he said to sue the snot out o him he does other types of work but made a call to an attorney that will take on the case,
My daughter is worried sick first over her son and then thinking about the tens of thousands that it will cost, remember she is still getting over her motorcycle accident
While she is an RN and makes good money it is surprising how shitty her health insurance from the hospital is
she is raising three teenagers by herself and the sperm donator so far has not paid a cent of child support he was also suppose to have health insurance on the kids but didn't bother hell he hasn't even called his son to see how he was doing let alone actually going to see him, prick!!!
the are going to put my grandson in a regular room tonight and figure he will be in the hospital another 5 to 7 days
I promise you if something bad happens I have already mad a list of who will pay just haven't figured out who will be first in line
