Our west I think Arizona but allotta places out west the "Desert" kinda places they let "Bicycles" ride on the shoulders of Interstate Highways..

Here at home "Midwest" most highway entrance ramps have Signs no Pedestrians, Bicycles, or Farm Implements allowed on Freeways..

Out in the Deserts out west ya hike or ride a bicycle along highway
