There are companies pulling from the fuel loading rack where I load that have put their seatbelts on even if only sitting in the driver's seat. The facility also uses Kabota's for traversing the property. They also must be wearing a seatbelt. Thank the lawyers and the dashcams for BS such as this.

As I have maintained, it is my choice to continue to work here. I could choose to work elsewhere.

I disagree with that statement. It’s the ATA and the Megas making things “industry standard” that has done it.
