Cramping up

I go for a banana a day, and water. But if you sweat a lot can lose sodium which can cause cramps. My leg cramps quit after I started doing this and stopping more often and taking a walk. Works for me , but don't know what you're taking. Just saying hope it helps.
Peanut butter, cashews, figs are some of the others too. One cap of baby oil to bath water in the winter months helps hold in the heat of the body but in summer months in the heat one cap of rubbing alcohol keeps the body cooler.

No banana would have saved me. This was way over the top. When I went through basic training at college for ROTC they gave us really big salt pills to take.

When Mrs. Duck had to go to the ER for her sodium levels being too low, they deprived her of water. Drinking too much water lowers your sodium levels & can lead to a coma. Her symptoms of low sodium is stomach cramps & puking. I don't know what the symptoms would be in a person who doesn't have epilepsy & stuff. Maybe @DrDaliah knows.

I've heard it ain't good to drink massive amounts of water all at once. Just drink enough that you're pissing clear & you oughta be alright.

I didn't know you could send a text message to 911.
absolutely. with low sodium we fluid restrict and monitor the kidneys. and we have athletes who over drink water and cause hyponatremia as well. You know your stuff!!!
