Brokers Scamming Drivers

I Just went to internet truckstop and copied just some of the brokers that have stuck it to the truck driver. Keep in mind this is just since april 1st to the 4th. This is something that should Never have happened.

JAYCO LOGISTICS INC Canadian based broker. MC#590766 -- Bond cancelled. Over $58K in non-payment complaints.
ARBEL TRANSPORTATION Canadian based with no broker authority or bond. Over $62K in non-payment complaints. (See carrier MC#491684).
ARROW TRUCKING CO $43K in non-payment complaints.
POSTAL LOGISTICS SERVICES LLC MC#592327 -- Bond cancelled. Over $29K in non-payment complaints. Also operating as a SHIPPER under POSTAL LOGISTICS SERVICES LLC. If you are owed money by either of these two companies, you are encouraged to submit your complaint to the Internet Truckstop.
FMI FREIGHT MANAGEMENT INC MC#600457 -- Over $20K in non-payment complaints.
FARMERS LOGISTICS GROUP INC MC#600751 -- Bond cancelled. Over $57K in non-payment complaints.
SHR LOGISTICS INC MC#619904 -- Bond cancelled. Over $9K in non-payment complaints.
GET-A-WAY FARM TRUCK BROKERAGE MC#331575 -- Bond cancelled. Over $9K in non-payment complaints. Still operating Carrier side of business (See MC#327776).
GUARANTEED AIR FREIGHT & FORWARDING INC MC#171621 -- Over $10K in non-payment complaints. Bond shows active in FMCSA.
BLACK STALLION LOGISTICS INC MC#560169 -- $27K in non-payment complaints. Bond and authority active according to the FMCSA. Not paying carriers for services rendered.
HONEY CREEK FARMS LLC MC#523268 -- Over $14K in non-payment complaints. Reports on this broker posting loads under their carrier MC#537968 on a different load board service as Honey Creek Transport.
PARADIGM LOGISTICS MC#503927 - PARADIGM LOGISTICS/PARADIGM LOGISTICS USA, LLC - Bond re-instated. Over $9K in non-payment complaints.
CASPER TRADING LLC MC#564771 -- Bond cancelled. Over $109K in non-payment complaints. Also operates as Casino Trading (See Carrier MC#538773) and Casion Shipping Lines (See Broker MC#617282). CARRIERS BEWARE!

Notice the amount of the Non-Payments, There are alot more. I have seen some brokers that have non-payment amounts in excess of $300,000 (1 co.) that means there are a lot of drivers out there that are only going to get a percentage of $10,000 bond. This SHOULD NOT ever happen, but thanks to nobody watching or governing this we (O/OP's) get SCREWED

I was scammed by one of these brokers!!!

I was scammed by one of the brokers on the list. Farmers Logistic Group didnt pay me squat!!! Keep your eyes out for the owner, Simon Delgado. He disappeared but I'm sure he will do this again under someone elses name. I did a load for them from Arvin to Laredo. I spoke to a guy name TJ and James. They were very nice but it was wierd when they wouldn't answer the phones at times but I shouldn't have been naive but they ripped me off. He would give routes from California to Texas and back. If someone knows anything about them, please, please let me know. Damn thieves!! You will get whats coming to you soon!! Beware out there for these type of brokers! Ask for references and call on them and get quick pay if they offer it.

Internet Truckstop load board under credit alerts. If you have Internet truckstop you can read about all the brokers coming in and going out of Business on a daily basis.

Hodge Transportation and warehousing out of Ellisville MO is not a trustworthy broker. They don't honor the contract or pay. They will give you verbal instruction and then deny they did anything. They are also only bonded for $10,000 and not authorized for brokering anything but general freight. O/O beware!!!!!!!!!

WE NEED TO STRIKE THE BROKErs that FAIL to pay Fuel Surcharges, FAIL to pay more than $1.50 per mile, FAIL to pay!!
Companies that BROKEr loads like c. h. r. among many, need to be put out of business merely BY NOT HAULING THEIR LOADS unless they meet or exceed a minimum $2.00 a mile not including Fuel Surcharge.
The Shippers are being charged MORE for moving their products, yet these pathetic greedy BROKErs are keeping most of the money and whining when WE seek more of it.

The only way to strike the Refineries is stop buying gas/fuel altogether which will not happen. or for the tanker's to strike. or the refineries worker.
Not to sound rude or start trouble but anything pass that is stupid, reckless, and putting the live's of innocent people at risk.
They are doing there job! Weather we agree or not.
Now the broker's, just for Sh*t and gigggle's take a day and start calling off the load board, The cheap a** loads are most Landstar, Swift, Hunt ect. And alot of co. are loading them. I've seen cow sh*t loaded in reefer's. Just to get something out. 400 mile m/l paying $300.
we did work for a few broker's, most of our loads were direct but the brokers we hauled for happened to be honest, and they folded.They went to bat for us and we all lost.
we ran intrastate flatbed, so when the economy went to hell so did we, building came to a stop ect.
er excuse me gramm, as u say our mental recession.
What we need to do and in a rightful way is go after the Gov. sub, trucking co. and stop in a legal way the connection from sea-rail-Gov. trucking.
Make job's for the people of America (legal). bring industry back.
Abolish the credit point system which has and will continue to distroy any chance of future for the people who are living and losing everything during our mental recession,
Abolish The I.R.S. ( not talking about the Trumps the Hilton's the Mellon's ect) of the country, but those who are engulfed in our mental recession.
These are the thing's are Gov. can change.

I have been, It's HR 6330. Still stuck in committee and I have DEMANDED, not asking any longer to my Rep. Heath Shuler to get it on the floor for a vote.

I will be calling his office again in the morning to do this, and to congatulate him in voting yes this week on Denneis Kucinich's resolution to impeah W.

I have told them I don't care why - just get it done - now.
