Annual safety blitz is on June 4-6

Green light at my only open scale. Debating whether to keep working after delivery in the morning.

Rates are better than 2018 around my house.

I spent last year staying in town under the radar and most of it the year before that in Wyoming who does not participate apparently. I was off today. Tomorrow I have one scale to dodge times three. @Ontario Outlaw you know the one.

lets see Northwoods IA should be closed as well as Atlantic IA at least when im going through to Omaha should be there about 330 am.... If im outta there by 415, prolly should get past van meter IA before they open... that leaves Albert lea.... i aint going into Albert lea;) now if I don't get out of Omaha Ill run up to sac city and take 20 towards mason city but then Ill have to hit Albert lea to make time especially since 29 is flooded out again

None of those scales are ones you have to worry about. Waverly that’s a fucked up scale. And Hebron on US 81. No scape in Iowa is worth worrying about. Unless your doing something wrong, your over weight, or you have a light out. They don’t mess with you.

Everyone so worried about the scale house this week. Worry more about the mobile enforcement because that’s where the increase is.

Some people say discretion is the key

I say I got two state lines and a border line to get across, most ricky tick

Bring your A game, state troopers :thefinger:

iowa was infested rest stops closed scales just on the side of the road saw close to 50 on the way back never so happy to jump the boarder in my life regulator was right mobiles were the issue

I've been in Canada all day....Alberta and Saskatchewan. Did anyone find the roads are much safer since the ones who should be inspected are hiding until it's over??
I found too, after 6pm local time, some of those who were hiding crept out.
The scale house in Saskatchewan had about 15-20 trucks pulled in for inspection when I was there.
The mobile units have electric boards in their back windows that read "follow me for inspection." There are lots of them out.
Good luck to everyone on the road this week. :nails:

We made it through unscathed.

I definitely wouldn’t have run a hot truck this week if I knew it was going on.

I actually couldn’t say what the scales were doing, somehow I managed to get routed on roads without scales.

Just lucky, I guess :nails:
