I’m at Big Lots in Durant, OK. Supposed to have a 0600 appointment, guard told me first shift doesn’t start until 0700. I’ll be checked in on time regardless for detention purposes.

After that, I have to go to some feed place to pick up some animal feed tubs or something like that. Picking up in Poteau Oklahoma, unloading same day in Welch Oklahoma if I can get it all done by 1600, otherwise unloading Saturday morning. Going home whenever I get it done.

Monday we close on our retirement place. 5 1/2 acres

Got back to Terminal lastnight dropped my trailer..

Told me go home get a 34 and loading Saturday in Appleton WI bound for Kirby Texas which I believe is by San Antonio or Maybee Austin gotta look it up later.

For now just woke up gonna go out and get my little running around done so I can just relax later until I gotta go again

I got one about 15 years ago, looks identical except mine's red.

You can pull it with a quad or a riding mower (with it's deck removed for ground clearance).

It had a few weaknesses. I put better wheels & bearings on it so I can pull it fast down the road (25-30 mph, fastest was 50) and I made a new "A" shaped tongue so I can bash it into stuff and it'll just bounce off instead of yanking the whole 4 wheeler to a stop. And I switched from a half inch belt to a 5/8".

But the DR brand was twice as expensive. This one is great once I did those mods.

Give me some "Steel Rims" any day of the Week..

Did some serious dog fucking today moving some scrap concrete from a torn down bridge on a flatbed. It was basically two loads of a pile of shit that should be in a dump wagon instead. They were loading it with a way undersized machine ran by a guy who cannot operate being led by the hand by a guy who has no clue how to load trucks so we could've made a career of it.

Monday morning starting off moving a little D51 dozer then God knows what fuckery.

Nah, this is all on you for most of it and on the company for giving you a restricted truck.

I have made calls at the beginning of picking up a load and can tell with trip planning if it’s going to be a load I’m tight on time or if I’m on a surplus of time.

And I’ve made calls to people to get it out on those loads I’m tight.

The result, someone knows at the start of the day and I’ll get a manager involved early and overtime gets approved and someone is found who can stay 5-30 minutes to unload me.

If it’s obvious that I’ll get caught and it will be close but still not deliver, then I make arrangements to be there when they open at the start of my days so my time isn’t wasted.

Trip planning and taking charge of my decisions for getting the job done.

It is the path to better revenue

I told em from the get go it should've loaded Alot earlier..

And took em 5 n a half hours to load it..

Told em leaving the gate you better make "contingency plan" or at least try get it pushed up a day even 12 hours..

H-E-B grocery told me call Dispatch reschedule because I missed my appointment last night..

So I am currently sitting at the T/A in New Braunfels just north of San Antonio waiting for people wake up and get to their offices and figure this out..

They had better get on it too because on my way to the restroom they had the "Driving Force" ...and I'm "tempted" start calling recruiters again..

Sometimes I'm just "bored & lonely " wanna talk to somebody

I'll tell ya another thingy about "Grocery Companies"..

The dents "rejects" even the pallets and plastic sheeting some of em leave on your trailer too .

Once I get my "Paperwork" and out the Gate or staging area like Big "DCs" I pull aside and sweep all that crap off on their property..

One once "Threatened" Call Cops on me for "Littering"

I said I'll file a "Counter Complain " on you too..

Welp they just called my company and I am "Not" Allowed back on their Property or "86ed" and that's just fine with me too
