Where Are You Parked Tonight? Check-In Thread

Our cards work at Sheetz I figured out. EXCELLENT way around shit hole peelots at least down to NC that I know of for sure. I've heard they're in Florida now but I can't remember seeing one there.
Yeah they're building more and more with truck fueling. Although if you're bobtail you can usually fit under the car canopy at most of them.

Made it to San Jon, NM. There’s a Valero here with just one row of truck parking, so less worry about somebody tearing a trailer up on my front bumper while I’m asleep.

825 from Memphis, so probably get as far as I can into Arkansas tomorrow and try to deliver a day early.

Just woke up.

Fell asleep and missed the restaurant they closed now till breakfast.

But I got a burrito to throw on my deforster vents to snack on.

Another hour or so my 10s up.

Maybe I leave early enjoy a peaceful drive before all the idiots wake up and start crowding up the roads

Just got my fuel ..

Gonna suck down my free coffee and take a shower then get rolling again.
I would advise against showering at the Truck Plaza in Jackson Ohio

Seem to have issues with water pressure and warm / cold back n forth but I don't think I have shower credits elsewhere cause I was brokedown 2/3 days then after deadheading to yard pick up this trailer I stopped at the house afew nights.

Other than that it's got big parking, a real sit-down restaurant, and good coffee so I'd probably stop here again

The Shower is my only complaint

Just entered the West Virginia Turnpike and my gut was growling so I'm pulled off past the toolboths snacking on my leftover Taco Bell from yesterday.

If anybody has to run that 2 lane stretch of US 35 from the Ohio/WV line to I64 be careful because looks like a storm blew through there and knocked abuncha trees down.

The trees are off the road but some are hanging over the shoulder and ya could smack your mirrors on em or hit one if ya veered off over the line

Good morning from San Jon, NM. We got folks asleep in the fuel island, and the path back to the street looks a little crowded. Probably just head out through the dirt onto the side street.

Soft goal for the day is Russellville, AR. That would put me just over 200 from delivery in Memphis.

Woke up 3 hours before my break was up, so just sitting here waiting for the trucking gods to allow me to leave.

I'm near Bluefied WV.

Pulled off the wide shoulder of an onramp about ready to take my nap and head the rest of way towards Charlotte.

Chrysler announced due to shortages new vehicles will only be shipped with one key/fob. Should be interesting.
At this point Ford is basically building retail units for delivery. Several plants are completely down, other are building at normal pace but parking many units to await modules when they're available. Last month or so we haven't seen hardly any dealer stock units. Late model units are still pretty scarce in the used market, as well.
Going to be a tough summer, and then we'll get hammered hard this fall when things break loose.
