What needs to be done to attract more women drivers to the industry? What challenges do they currently face? Are recruiting methods more male focused?
Uh oh,... That'll be the radical feminists' cue to open the floodgates of irrationality & stupidity. They're not going to give women any special treatment just so they come drive for that company.

Well they're not going to get more pay.Either deal with it or find another line of work.Goes to all the women who think they should deserve special treatment.Uh oh,... That'll be the radical feminists' cue to open the floodgates of irrationality & stupidity.
They'll require more pay than male drivers to satisfy their demand for "equality".
More pay because it requires more effort for them,... Those steering wheels are SO harrrrd to turn...![]()
Women on average have less upper body strength. For some, it would require more effort to climb up into the cab. Especially the ones with 4 foot wide asses.Well they're not going to get more pay.Either deal with it or find another line of work.Goes to all the women who think they should deserve special treatment.

My answer to that is lose weight.I've seen plenty of men that have trouble getting into their trucks.I have spoke with some women that won't to trucking because their afraid of heights meaning trucks are too high and they driving over bridges mountains and canyons.Women on average have less upper body strength. For some, it would require more effort to climb up into the cab. Especially the ones with 4 foot wide asses.
Therefore the fact that trucks don't have power lifts on the sides is SEXIST!
No, seriously, I've actually heard feminists attempt to make that argument.![]()

Wait,...What needs to be done to attract more women drivers to the industry? What challenges do they currently face? Are recruiting methods more male focused?

I agree,at shouldn't even matter.Trucking is equal opportunity and women are ecspect to do the same thing men are for the company they apply to.But however why is it more men whine then women do?So who's the stronger of the sex men or women? Not talking about physical.Wait,...
Why?
Why do we need more women in the trucking industry in the first place?
Can you answer that rationally?
I mean, women are not banned or anything. If they want in, the door is wide open. Nobody is turning them away except Prime. So there's really no discrimination or sexism or whatever.
So why do we need to attract more women into trucking? Does it even matter?![]()
They whine just as much. But however why is it more men whine then women do?So who's the stronger of the sex men or women? Not talking about physical.
Not online they dont that I can tell. They whine just as much.
That's because the overwhelming majority of truck drivers are male. Not online they dont that I can tell.

With attention like that of course they're going to whine, lolThat's because the overwhelming majority of truck drivers are male.
Get on Facebook and join a group called "truckers are bored". Two of the most active posters are whiny females. Of course they get hit on constantly,... When they whine, a hundred guys comment agreeing with them because they think that by doing so the woman will say "thanks for agreeing with me, let's go have sex".

Whiny female drivers nauseate me. I'm one of the first to shut them down. Woman up, Buttercup! You came into this industry willingly. You want equal pay? Turn out equal work...and shut up about it. You want to work somewhere that your nails won't get broken, go be an admin assistant. There won't always be a man around to con into doing your work for you.
