I am concerned that my drivers aren't eating healthy. Any suggestions on how they can stick with a healthy diet while driving 8 hours per day?

instead of salty snacks or high calorie ones, try granola bars, peanut butter crackers, diet sodas, or fruit juices, water. if they eat at truck stops, hit the salad bar, and order foods either baked or broiled, stay away from all you can eat buffets, and maybe park far enough from the building that they have to walk a few minutes to get inside.

but "all your drivers", frankly no matter how many you have, you cannot force them to live thier life, your way.

driving your truck is one thing, personal habits are another.....

I understand. Just wanted to get some suggestions to give to them. Healthy diet makes 'em last longer. Thank you!

Go talk to a dietician at a clinic that works with employers. It's not just the diet. It's also exercising as well.

Yep pre pack veggies and fruit and healthy sandwiches. I feel for you guys, pretty tough to keep a good diet as we can't eat salad with a fork while driving.

I lost over 30 pounds when I was OTR by sticking to "The caveman diet" which is only eat and drink what the cavemen/ women would eat. (Paleo diet) it works. Now if only I could keep the weight off at home with the wife's yum yum cooking
