anytime you add something to water to alter the flavor or color you are actually polluting it
OH NO!!!!!!
Someone call the "Enviro-Nazis"....We need to stop adding anything to water to change the flavor in the name of "Pollution Control"!

That is why back in the days of the Roman Empire they had to drink wine because the water was too polluted to drink and the alcohol in the wine actually killed the big bad germies in the water.

I learned fast....I bought that Freightliner when I was 19 and I bought a new Kenworth when I was 20.

Fast learner but everyone doesn't have that luxury. You paid off a frieightliner and bought a Kenworth in a years time?
I paid cash for the first used Freightliner with money that I earned while I was in high school, Bought a second one and hired a driver for the first and then ordered my KW....When I got the KW I hired a driver for my second Junkliner and I drove the KW.
By the time I was 22 I learned the most valuable lesson in my young life...
"Never buy more trucks than you can drive by yourself because most truck drivers are trash and will tear up your trucks and irritate your customers."
Since then I have never had the desire to own more than one.
Before you say it....Nobody ever handed me anything, I worked overnights on a freight terminal dock while I was in school, I finished work at 3:00 AM, went home and slept a couple of hours and then went to school at 8:00 AM, Went home and got some rest and went to work at 9:00 PM.
I saved my money....I had a goal to be an O/O as soon as possible!

I have tried it. I'd get lemon juice instead if I liked it, cuz it's cheaper but I like the lime juice better.
Might try cooking with it some time.

I admire your work ethic at a young age, but buying a truck in four years while going to high school? Must have been a good paying job or a cheap truck?
The job paid $12.00 an hour in the early 70's when minimum wage was 98 cents an hour...Most of my friends were partying and working at McDonalds for peanuts...I always placed a higher value on my labor than that.
I was making close to $400 a week while they were making $25 a week.....I was always taught that I could get whatever I wanted if I worked hard enough....I worked hard enough.
The first truck was 10 years old and cost me $6500 and the second was 5 years old and cost me $8500....The new Kenworth was $42,000 and the trailer was $10,500, I financed that truck with a substantial down payment at the time of the order....At 20 years old and with no credit history, It was no easy task!

That is admirable and awesome. Some folks have the attitude and work ethic, but not even college grads can land a job making $12.00 an hour nowadays. However, I am impressed with your goals and ambition from an early age. I admire truckers who do what they do because they wouldn't think of doing anything else.
