Trump terrifs

Me to time to lock up the eco pansies. Ever notice how demonrats have such huge mouths and there always bellowing
We don't need to lock up the eco-pansies.

We need them to keep whining about the eco-system because we don't want to trash it.

We're just not dumb enough to fall for the whole "climate change" bullshit or let them use it as a pretext for tyranny.
I am glad that we here did not get too deep into it as I think we are all friends, and I am only one shunter guy that has no control over any of this.
I don't think we'd be arguing too much here. I wish Trump would back off of Canada.

Tariff the shit out of China. Not the decent respectable neighbor we've got. 🙄

Oh, there is climate change. It is the name the eco-pansies gave to Earth's naturally occurring changes. I'd go out on a limb and say humans cause maybe 1% of the reasoning for this so-called change. The cosmos are responsible for the other 99%.

The earth has been warming ever since where I live was covered by glaciers thousands of years ago. No is talking about the poles shifting and that has nothing to do with people. That will affect climate.
What can I do I am only one shunter guy. :dunno:

Poles shifting doesn't give governments an excuse to expand their control over us.

So there's no way government funded "scientists" will write papers about it. I mean, they wanta keep that grant money coming.

Three points I haven't seen anyone mention. (If someone did, you can point it out and hurl insults to feel better)

1 - The US has been in a trade deficit with Canada for several years.
2 - Trumps has a history of using tariffs as a negotiating tool.
3 - Trump has mentioned several times that he wanted to use tariffs as US income and do away with personal income tax.

I don't know what his plan is, but he's done a pretty good job in other areas of making things work out when everyone thinks he's headed off a cliff.

Trumps getting ready to take down CARB hell ya ruffle some more feathers!!!! :D first rule that should be changed is that commieforina shall impose no emission laws not currently required in the other 47 contiguous states... buh buh bye CARB. and get rid of the dpf and piss tanks on the side of trucks there a complete scam
I have heard from a couple different sources that a bill already introduced in congress is very close to being passed that would drastically reduce the amount of emissions crap already required on new vehicles as well as make it legal for anyone to delete all that crap on currently owned vehicles.

Many people have a misunderstanding of how tariffs work.
It's an import tax. Pretty simple.
The buyer pays the tax not the seller.
As of today, the price of everything that the U.S. imports from Mexico and Canada just went up 25% and everything the U.S. imports from China went up 10%.
Yeah the idea is to squeeze the consumer into refusing to buy at those prices, and entice domestic manufacturing at the same price or less to maintain demand.

I am hesitant to answer this post because I don't want to get into an argument with my friends here and I have great love for the U.S. If we become the 51st so Beit.
1 - The US has been in a trade deficit with Canada for several years.
Americas trade deficit of around 67 billion. It simply means that America buys more Canadian goods than Canadians buy American goods.

China has a trade deficit with America to the tune of 310.8 billion. America buys more from China than it sells to China.
2 - Trumps has a history of using tariffs as a negotiating tool.
It's failing. Trump is a stock market guy, and the markets tanked when Trump introduced uncertainty in the economy. So, he backed off the tariffs for now
3 - Trump has mentioned several times that he wanted to use tariffs as US income and do away with personal income tax.
That's great plan but how long can that last? It's short sighted.
If Everything is tariffed that is imported and the importations slow or stop, where does the tax revenue come from after that?

Not really. This trade war is over the USMCA formerly known as NAFTA that Trump negotiated. Said it was the best deal ever made.
Now he feels it is a bad deal. He made the deal.

Just an FYI. I have no animosity toward the U.S. I want to keep it friendly and respectful. I have spent a lot of time in the U.S. like a lot of time in the U.S. I love America and the American people and the food.
y'all can deep fry just about anything.
IMO, if we became the 51st state, I would totally be ok with that.

RJ, I can't find an argument with any of what you posted.

And The Canada becoming the 51st state is about as probable as Greenland being annexed. These are two sovereign nations. Oh...and the Panama Canal zone. He wants that so he can tax every other exporting nation to pass through it. This greedy prick is going to get his money one way or another.

He's got great ideas. He just doesn't implement them properly. He claims to be the big negotiator, let's see some of it. You don't go in like 'it's my way or the highway'.

I don't consider Greenland to be a sovereign nation as long as it's owned by Denmark.

Denmark is a sovereign nation though.

Y'all ain't gonna be the 51st state.

There are 10 provinces.

You'll be states #51-60

😁

I just wish Trump would STFU about it cuz it ain't gonna happen. We'd have to take it by force, and if we did that, no other country in the world would ever want to be our ally ever again.

And we'd probably end up at war with the UK too. It'd be the biggest foreign policy blunder in US history.

But what if both countries put it to the vote & let the people decide?

In that event, I honestly have no idea how US voters would go, but I'm betting most Canadians would say "fuck no"..

Personally I'd vote no, because I don't want Quebec. Y'all can keep it. We've already got seriously bad infestations of stupidity on our east and west coasts. We don't need to add frogs to the mix. 😂

I doubt it would get many yay votes from either side. Canadians are happy being as they are. I think they'll be happier getting rid of the head Frog in charge, but it seems the replacement for him is as tyrannical as our King wannabe.

We need to build a coliseum, gather all of these world leaders that all seem to hate each other and put them in the ring. Let them fight to the death. The winner can then pound his chest and everyone can go home with a "Leave us alone", attitude. Next to the hateful desert dwellers, if you asked everyone in the world how they felt about wars, they would all say, just leave me alone. You stay in your world and I'll stay in mine. If you don't like my world, too bad, don't come to it.

How do drivers think the trump terrifs will affect trucking

RJ says Tim Hortons coffee ain't what it used to be, after some kind of buyout or merger or something.

I've been seeing Tim Hortons coffee at Walmart. The only reasons I haven't tried it is because RJ says it's different now, AND because Dunkin Donuts brand of coffee is available in the coffee aisle as well, but it doesn't taste like what you get at a Dunkin store. So I figured it would be nothing like how RJ describes it anyway.

dunkin donuts coffee is best when the water is super hot, more so that what a Mr. Coffee can heat up, or even a Keurig...

that's why i don't pay $389.89 dollars for a pound of it myself.

To brew Dunkin' Donuts coffee at home, aim for a water temperature between 195°F and 205°F as this is considered the optimal brewing temperature for most coffee, ensuring a balanced extraction of flavor without bitterness from overly hot water; most modern coffee makers can be adjusted to this range.

Key points to remember:
  • Temperature range: 195°F - 205°F is the recommended water temperature for brewing quality coffee.

  • Impact of temperature: Water too hot can burn the coffee, while water too cold can result in a weak, under-extracted brew.

  • Check your coffee maker: Most coffee makers allow you to adjust the water temperature setting.

Someone told me that Dunkin uses heavy whipping cream.

So I got some & tried it, and now ALL coffee, to me, tastes like dunkin.

Why does my phone keep trying to change dunkin to Dublin? Pain in the ass..

The inventor of auto-correct has died. May he restaurant in pieces. 😁
