The Island of Misfit Toys

[AK7]

I just googled the bar, looks the part on the outside But I've discovered over the years that sometimes those are the best places. Got a spot I like in Carlisle PA that looks like an absolute hole. Fantastic people though, both the bartenders and the regulars. Great hang.

The barbecue bar?

Got my final check from Landstar while I was away. $11.41 I'm honestly grateful for that. My last week wasn't awesome and I owed them for a repair. I'm gonna call that a win.

I avoid using them at all cost on the broker side. Too many times in finding rebrokered loads from them

Plus they don't pay well typically. I got a lady up in the Cleveland area who's a Landstar broker, she pays really well, but she's a rarity.
