Tanker question

I'm in Illinois right now parked in a dirt lot eating dinner real quick before I hit the road again. I seen two tankers parked near me. I'm wondering what are those tankers used for?

Those are auger feed trucks. Those booms rotate out and have a screw in them. They are used in deliveries to standing silos. Mostly it is a mixed feed but raw commodities as well. Top heavy as all hell and it takes some talent to get the boom and the top of the tank lined up.
