I'm glad you're giving trucking another chance. Not everycompany out there is like Werner or Swift.I think those 2 companies and a couple more have the highest turnover rate in the industry.Just when u get angry don't fly off the handle, talk to somebody that can resolve the issue. It's going to be a long hard road for you the first yr but believe me it does get awhole lot better with exp.
Sorry for the second post, but I wanted to respond to this but forgot to multiquote it.
I want to give trucking another try right now. One reason is I have a CDL school bill that I should not have, and I refuse to pay it unless I am driving semis. But like I mentioned, I think I burned my bridges with Swift after my correspondance with them. Not to mention my posts here (which any CEO or exec could be reading), which I do not retract and I fully stand by.
But whether it be Schneider, PAM, US Express - whoever calls me first - I'm there for the year.
This just may take a LOT of time. The economy is still crap, and jobs are still being lost.
.
. I am sorry it did not work out for me - I'd have over a year in, and maybe still with them. Or driving for someone else.
