Roehl Transport expects their Northeast Regional company drivers to scrub and wash off the winter grime off of their Roehl tractors without pay, or without a truck wash reimbursement on their home time. We don't have a Northeast terminal. The Roehl wash bays are in Wisconsin and Indiana and we rarely go by that way so we need to get them washed locally to get all the winter dirt and grime off of the tractors. We were told we have to do it and they won't reimburse a driver the expensive cost of a truck wash. So, if you see a filthy Roehl tractor in the Northeast, it is because the driver does not believe in slavery. Anyone have a big ladder, a safety harness and a 10 foot pole he can lend to the Northeast Regional Roehl drivers for scrubbing down Roehl assets on their precious home time?
