Cut back on these:
Beer
Soda
Coffee
White bread/dough etc.
Pasta

I drink a lot of coffee in the morning still. A couple summers ago we were painting outside in the heat. I kept getting dizzy spells whenever I stood up. I cut back on coffee and increased my water intake and it went away. I was dehydrated. That’s something else to be aware of.

You can experiment with coffee to find something that better agrees with you. That’s what we did a while back because Walmart’s brand was tearing both of us up. I buy Starbucks whole bean at the price club and it’s much easier on our stomachs. I’m not promoting Starbucks that’s just the one we found that agreed with us. We went through a lot brands before we tried SB.

If you’re already cutting out coffee though keep going with it. You don’t need it. I guess if I had to I could give it up but people might want to stay way from me until lunchtime.
I can get behind everything you have said, Except for cutting out BEER. Sacrilege!:canada:

I'm in the process of giving up coffee entirely. Already scaled the sodas down to nearly none, with the rare exception being with pizza or something along those lines.

Getting sick of the acid reflux, the heartburn, the jitters, the short term boost then severe crash, the constant pee stops, the difficulty sleeping, etc.

It was super hard at first while I detoxed but then I had a desperate cup to get me through a night and man it sent me over the top the way a whole pot used to.

I almost hate it now, and it's only been a couple weeks.
i am on pantoprazole in the mornings, and at night bedtime or while i am working, i have to take 2 ranitidines...

pretty much i can still drink my usual 4 cups of coffee each day, bearing in mind, my coffee cup at home is more of a large mug, so that equals 2 cups, and at night, i have either an iced coffee, large or large iced tea, and sip either all night long.

my bro-in-law was having huge acid reflux problems..he drinks sodas constantly. he had to cut way back.

Why do all cans have those brown stripes on the back anyway? I've never had to pull one and always wondered.
Flange grease from the rail. The design of the railcar lets the wheels throw it up, where it's usually shielded by the carbody on other types of railcars.
