Ha ha ha. I wasn't that type of engineer. I wrote the programs that allowed programmers to write programs!

If you want me to describe in detail what that means I will

No, I'm not going to. Most of this stuff is all magic to me. Give me a raw computer and I can bring it to life. I can control the disk, USB, Screen and everything else. Ask me to animate something and I'm lost but I'll give you all the function calls for you to do your job.

And by the way. Every single computer on the face of this earth running Windows has 5 lines of code I wrote in there!

No wonder it's the most unreliable operating system ever created. :tease:

My code only runs if your a FedEx, UPS or anyone else that uses a handheld bar code scanner that transmits it's data through a cell network. The code I wrote looks at the PCI interrupt number then jumps to my other code to do the transaction.

Maybe something near where you were parked in Bloomington was screwing with the radio waves?

How can I be in a heavily traveled business district in Aurora IL & not have a cell phone signal when I've got full bars out here in Podunk?

Oh yeah..... I was inside a big brick & concrete shopping mall with copper domes on the roof in Aurora,.... and out here in Podunk I'm in a house made of wood, next to a window with a cell tower in line of sight about 3 miles away. ;)

What I'm seeing is the OP is @Injun and the pic...
Take Tazz off your ignore list. I mean, I'd put him on ignore, but I'm suppose'ta keep the peace around here..

A Flat Creek man died this morning when his pickup truck ran under the trailer portion of a tractor-trailer on U.S. 231 near the Shelbyville airport Monday morning.

Phillip C. Matthews, 40, of Old Flat Creek Road died at the scene, said a report filed by State Trooper Christopher Judd.

The tractor-trailer, driven by Steven Allen Sanderson, 25, of Hopkins, South Carolina, was taking up all four lanes plus the middle turning lane when Matthews' pickup truck collided with the trailer about 6:30 a.m.
