Dear Freight Relocators Community,

Do you often find yourself sitting down for extended periods of time and are worried about arising health problems?

I am an undergraduate student at Lehigh University taking a product innovation course in which we are required to design a new-to-market product. My group's assignment is to design a product for commuters and drivers who spend a significant amount of their day in a seated position. We have an idea for a potential product that will greatly benefit from your input, and we would really appreciate your thoughts by answering our brief survey.

Transportation is a necessity for everyone, but we believe commuters and drivers will experience health issues from sitting in a bad posture for extended periods of time. As such, we want to know more specifics about the type of health issues people experience and what we can do to address your problems. This will allow us to produce a design that will cater to your specific needs. We thank you, in advance, for completing our survey.

Here is the link to our survey: (Driving Survey)

We sincerely appreciate your participation in our project (our grade depends on a great response) and hope you could forward our survey link to anyone you think who may be interested in providing input to our idea as well.

Thank you,

Alex Liu

Yeah I have put on 15/20 pounds since I started driving again about 18 months ago and my sleep is all screwed up.

Instead of good sleep I end up taking multiple naps everyday.

Even if I do sleep it's only like 3/4 hours and I'm up again but then 4/5 hours later I'm completely wiped out and I gotta pull off somewhere for a nap.

When I have to actually hustle and can't just pull off for afew hours I need to take sudafed and stacker tablets n slam Mountain Dews like they are beers just to push through it.

Problem with that is you get so wired sometimes you have to consume alcohol just to comedown from all the caffeine and sudafed just to get maybe 2/3 hours sleep before your your 10 expires.

Honestly I wish they would go back to paper logs then I could drive afew hundred miles take a nap and drive another few hundred and nap like that.

I am actually contemplating hanging it up again for awhile this summer and going back home just to get myself healthy again like I once did.

How come your news article section says by "Sean G" then

Everyone hides their real name online. That's why we all use screen names for the forum instead of our real names.

BECAUSE WE DONT WANT OUR REAL NAMES PUBLICLY DISPLAYED.

You know, for our truckers health. Like the thread title says.
