How exactly did the lawyers say you were cheated by the transaction?

"There are Settlements in a class action lawsuit that claims Espar and Webasto participated in a conspiracy to fix the price of Parking Heaters, which allegedly resulted in increased prices for individuals and businesses." ​

You saw the product and the price tag, and decided to buy it at the price they wanted. Sounds like a free market transaction to me.

Unless they're the only manufacturer or retailer, in which case monopoly laws would apply.
