My little Weber is hidden behind it, actually smoked a brisket in the Weber charcoal grill yesterday, came out far better than I expected.
On to bigger things, though. The new Pit Boss is 1100 square inches of cooking space. My first experience with a wood pellet grill, opted for this over the most expensive grills to see what it’s like smoking/grilling with wood pellets.
Doing initial burn off now, loading up the grill with bacon shortly to season it. Probably doesn’t need to be seasoned, but good excuse to cook 3lbs of bacon at once.
Got some chicken legs, corn, and preparing some jalapeño poppers for later this evening.

I didn't know you could use a grill like that as a smoker too.
