New house, new grill.

I'd love to have a gas stove again but my wife is terrified of them for them for some silly reason. What's the difference between that and the gas BBQs we've used for years? I'm not sure either.
I like having a gas stove.

Take a sauce pan and set it over a burner upside down. Turn the gas on past the spot where the electronic spark thing is on.

Let it fill the pan with gas for about 30 seconds, then turn the knob to the spark ignition spot.

If you do it right, the pot will fly 4 feet up into the air. 😁

I bought a box of Emiril's bold coffee k-cups the other day.

That instantly made me a gourmet barista and therefore also a hipster by default. I should grow a stupid bushy cave man beard and put hula hoops in my ear lobes to celebrate my newfound hipsterness.
Need pictures!

I need this many grills at my house.

Pretty good video to watch with multiple types of grills. A few cool little cooking tips for the various types of grills.

Not sure why, but the post is hidden when logged out, weird. Posting this to see if it makes it appear.

Dunno but now I want to finally get a grill. I haven't owned one since getting this house.

Actually, I've never owned one. It was always my parents.

But yeah I want one dammit. Maybe I'll finally go for it. I'd be happy enough with a basic propane though. None of that new learning curve stuff for now.

A grille is about the only thing I cook on. Stoves suck! My Weber is still going strong nearly 20 years later. Weber rebuilt it twice under warranty.

I'm enjoying a rare sirloin with tater tots and asparagus spears in onion, garlic and butter. Simple and quick!
