Think i saw in there that was about louisville. Think she looked into it or said she did and we weren't zoned for them at this location. I can drive 5-10 minutes down the road and they got them but its also a different area. They have them to teach their kids how to walk* and i just want some for the eggs and maybe down the line to make bacon wrapped chicken tenders out of.

More and more cities are allowing chickens within city limits. Roosters maybe a problem because of crowing, but rooster aren't needed to make eggs. Roosters are only needed to fertilize the eggs to make baby chickens, just like with us humans. Unfortunately, when you buy baby chicks, there isn't much of a guarantee

My corn didn't fare too well. The tassels came out and they have little corn kernels on them I have never seen anything like that in my life. I will never buy another hybrid sugar sweet corn seed as long as I live. There are little ears coming out on them now, but I was just freaked out about the kernels on the tassels tops.

I saw the same hybrid stuff too yesterday and didn't want to fool with it. I'm leery of that junk and prefer to buy local and save the seeds. It doesn't sound normal.

What the HELL?? That's some freaky stuff, ... like ... something they'd find growing near the old Chernobyl plant or something. Can you imagine if these mad scientists were screwing around with human DNA the same way they do with vegetables? They'd have some really freaky looking people running around.
