well I don't usually do this but I am about to shamelessly brag about my daughter.
I talked to DR. D. about this a good while back she might remember but here goes,
I spent the day at my daughters graduation from nurses school, she graduated at the TOP of her class, she graduated with honors and is a member of Phi Thelta Kappa,, also awarded two students awards of Inspirational Award and the Presidents list!!
it was kinda cool as the President was handing out these awards she would get one and start back to her seat when they would call her back for another award this happened three times when the President made a joke about her seat not getting warmed very much which got a good laugh from the crowd.
just to let you know she did this while raising three boys, she also coaches soccer, and is a den mother for the cub scouts, is active with PTO at the kids school at school she tutored other students, was actve in the sorority.
to say I am very proud of her doesn't begin to say just how proud I am of her!!!
she has put out several resumes one at the local hospital in the critical care unit.
she still has to pass her boards and has about three semester's left so she can add the "B" onto her RN, after which she is thinking about going for her masters and become a nurse practitioner that is something @ DrDaliah gave me some advice to give to her, thanks DR.D!!!
