Freight liner M2 with 2 fuel tanks are the tanks connected? Can you fill them from either side?

I would have to assume that one would need to fill both tanks even if they were connected because the rate of flow from tank to tank would be severely less than that of the flow rate from a fuel nozzle.

Yep, what he said. Tanks equalize, but at a very slow rate.
