Life in Sector 7 G.

Yesterday was good. They gave us all hoodie sweatshirts and put on a Christmas dinner. I didn't go to the dinner. I wasn't hungry or feeling like it.
They will have another one on Friday. I probably won't go to that either, but they always have leftovers to take home.

Take it. Take it all.

I noticed a couple days ago my major customer issued heavy reflective coats to the guards. A corporation being thoughtful like that is pretty awesome.

They need to be reflective because they're constantly in and out of the shack checking trailers in the traffic.

Hopefully their brains are still working in the warm months and give them reflective shirts to wear.

I got all of next week off, paid. A combination of paid vacation days and statutory paid days.

I stocked up on some beer. I got my regular beer plus some Guiness. I like Guiness if I am out and they have it on tap but I also like to buy it in cans around Christmas time. These are the cans that have the widgets in them so it comes out like draught when poured in a glass.

I also have been adding to my watchlist, saving movies on my streaming services for things I want to watch during my time off.

But first things first. Sleep and lots of it. Hopefully!

I think Costco is shrinkflation-ing their Kirkland hotdogs. I say this because the pack used to be square in shape and now not so much. They may have removed one or two wieners. Hard to say because they don't give a piece count, only a weight and I would need to have a full pack of the old ones and a pack of the new ones to compare.

I ate all the hotdogs in the old pack and like any sane person I threw away the packaging.

Shrinkflation is pretty common these days. I am not going to go all Ted Kaczynski on Costco or the big hot dog cartel. I am just saying is all. :dunno:

Hotdogs are made and ready to be assembled and plated.
Topping them with mustard, mayo and maybe some olives and onions
The 11th commandment, thou shalt not dress a hotdog with Ketchup or Catsup.

I have no idea what Catsup is.
Yes, I have Google but don't care enough to look it up.

So will this next week be a Guiness world record?

I've been puttibhg ketchup on hot dogs since I was a kid.

Every once in a while I leave it off.

Meh,..

What makes it good is the bun length sliced pickle.

And a sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning.

I am streaming Gerry Dee. He's a comedian but the show is about him as teacher witch he was.
I fell asleep and Everyone Loves Ramond came on. For a while there I hated Raymond. I may have to revisit this one because last night it was funny.

Good thing you got my back against those southside bastards. :D
Nah. It's more like we have an understanding.

Chicago residents don't say anything when they see me put ketchup on a hot dog because I look like Leonard Smalls, (the motorcycle guy from Raising Arizona) and they probably just assume I'll toss a grenade at them if they piss me off. 😎
