It was taken only to get the appearance of putting ketchup on.

It took me 2 hours to cook that steak properly. I reverse sear them in the smoker. Fully cooked to 150°F

Well now that ya took a proper picture, and quit threatenin' it with bodily harm... yeah, it does look like ya did a reasonable job on it.
