it was B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L........50 degree's out at 5 AM, and i had my windows open , and the porch door open to air out my house, and on my way to buy the morning paper, i had my windows rolled down....i'll tell ya it was 65 out this morning and i froze ma ass off
then when i got home i watered my flowers, (as i smoked my cigar), and washed out my 2 garbage cans, and my recycling container as well.
all before 9 AM....
and then i repainted my hall ceiling, and finished painting the hall walls....(all painting was to "repair" chipped paint), and i couldn't have done all this, in temps OVER 65 degree's......
i fired up the fireplace in the bedroom LOL went downstairs and got coffee
. then went back upstairs watched the idiot box for a while then got the kids ready for school then i watched them mow my lawn and weed eat and trim my bushes
and read the paper they will come and clean the pool out tomorrow
seriously....last night, as i was driving, it was a really cool 45-50...i still had the a/c on..>!!!!!!!i fired up the fireplace in the bedroom LOL went downstairs and got coffee
heat...???here..????
my windows a/c's will NOT come out until mid to late november....(like every year)...
i guess, i'm too hot a guy...?????
i run my GEO thermal to cool year round and yes i do have an A/C system for when i want a blast of cold air since i like it down to 50. all of the time i lived out here i only ran the heat and fireplaces 3-4 times that's it. i live in the shake and bake state heat is the last thing on my mind LOL. same thing while i'm in the car the AC goes on. the house i'm going into is gonna have geo thermal also and a football field of solar panels as i like net zero homes. since i custom build all of my homes it's cheaper to add in a system then to rip a house apart and add one in and you best have some land for a geo thermal system

I was a wreck at the funeral. I wondered how God could do such a thing take a mom away from three wonderful kids. I demanded that he gave her back to me after calling him every name in the book . Yea I took it hard. He took my best friend as well. But now I am taking it one day at a time and trying to stay happy. Even though things are just not the same round here. No I am not looking one rodeo was enough for me. I am just gonna remember the good times we had together and be thankful that we had the chance to spend that time together.
I know it's been asked how I can afford my big boy toys ( such as my I8 ) and how I can afford to live like I do. I've been in real estate since my mid 20s and I have learned the business very well I can have at least 2- 3 offers on the table the same night that I am doing a house warming as I have always made it like the clients felt like they lived there. I even have gotten my brokers licence so I can list my own clients property. Now that being said living in la and with the way home prices are you can make some serious bank if you know what your doing. I remember starting out moons ago yea I made shit and had to pay a fee to the broker that I was working for to use the office. I only deal with the elite clients now and were talking multi million dollar properties and there were some in the 300 - 400 million dollar price range as well but mainly more. People buy in the 20- 50 million dollar price range. I even find them rentals and that's a great commission also. I also own commercial properties residential properties as well as vacation rentals that rent out by the week. Busting my ass over the years has allowed me to retire at 45. As well as we both carry insurance polices that's in the millions for events like this for the kids mainly. I am gonna miss those open houses that I did since I did everything from mild to wild

i got up at 6 had coffee it was 70 out at 6 am not bad at all. then i made the beef stew. then i went to the store and got some nuclear egg mc muffins never again on that crapola. just put the kids in my man cave and there watching batman vs superman

finding cures is a big game that's been going on for decades.
i remember when there was talk for curing the common cold when i was a kid.
and forget that run for cancer cures.. cancer is a mega business
my wife depended on $1000's of in drugs not to mention rad and chemo treatment's only to have gotten worse!!!
it's NOT in the industry's best intrest to cure and heal.. they have to answer to stockholders and major pharma companies!!!!
they just keep developing more drugs to keep more bandaids going to keep the patients going back
and to keep them all employed
a game they play and most fall for it!!!
the pharma industry isnt the only game in town but it's a huge one!!!
there nothing more than a bunch of crooks
