John Deere will call carrier

Can anyone here give some guidance on signing on with John Deere as a will call carrier?

What plant you hauling out of?

Need to be able to pick up at any of them, but so far Ankeny, Moline, and Kernersville NC have been the main source of my frustration. All of them say you must be a will call carrier to load there.

Hmmm, I’m not sure what that means. My company is contracted there. I thought you might need some direction getting around by the thread title. But I am not sure what they are asking. Sorry I can’t be more help man.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out what it means in this context as well. By definition it's all will call, in a way. Because we pick up at the place of business.

So I mean....I'd make some calls further up the JD chain until someone can tell me what they're talking about.
