I always thought it was AT&T's "up yours" customer service approach.there excuse always was either there rolling out more spectrum in my area or it was server maintenance really for 13 months. i just told em that it was the old fashion way of telling customers to **** off![]()
. it took me 9 phone calls just to close out my account
freaking nonsense!!! and how much was i saving over verizon every month $ 7.00 that's it for piss poor service

- All I need it for is email, text and phone. Works great.
