Just got my first hemorrhoid. Little worried about how this can affect on becoming a trucker. Might need to rethink my career choice.

a little bit of Ben Gay rubbed on it will remove it, over time. apply 4 times daily, till it falls off.

Never had hemmys but I had the next worst thing: anal fissures kissing cousins of hemmys.

They both burn like hell. With the proper diet, knowing what triggers your hems finding a good ointment that will lessen the burning as you sit and squirm, driving can still be manageable.

Keep your stools soft no matter what or where you are. If that means drinking prune juice, taking Miralax or the like.

Don't strain on the toilet. Use a lubricant if you think you will be constipated. I use to put Vaseline up my butt before a bowel movement to help.
